General
The rates are per property and are fully inclusive of electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and cleaning materials etc.
A complimentary Orkney welcome pack is provided.
Reservations
All reservations are confirmed with a 30% non- refundable deposit.
The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival.
If booking falls within 30 days of intended date of arrival, payment in full should be enclosed with confirmation of booking.
Please make payment to Mrs G Moar at the address below. Payment can be by cheque or by bank transfer.
Arrival/Departure Times
Cottages will be available from 4pm on arrival day until 10am on day of departure. Alternative times by arrangement.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel your reservation before the balance is due, please contact us immediately and if we can re-let cottage we will refund you.
Pets
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking Policy
Our properties are all non-smoking.
